Ningbo Taihe Metal Products Co., Ltd.
Safe to order — watch the ownership change
The strongest of the three. Modern equipment, a system that actually runs, compliant payroll, and it passes Schneider's second-party audit every year. Capacity and quality sit above the mid-market, and they price 8–12% higher — you are buying stability. One variable: the owner is in acquisition talks with a listed company, possibly closing by year end. If your order horizon exceeds twelve months, put a change-of-control clause in the contract.
Where this factory stands
2 findings, ranked by what they cost you
The owner volunteered that a listed company is in acquisition talks with a possible year-end close. A copy of a letter of intent was visible in the finance office. Corroborating: Q2 2026 capex fell 62% year on year, equipment spend from ¥3.8m to ¥1.45m, with no new line investment.
The RTO unit is running, but the July–August log covers only eleven days. The equipment itself is fine and there was no noticeable fugitive odour.

Three levels, interviewed separately
Cross-checking what the owner says against what the floor says is where most of our findings come from.
“Eleven years with Schneider. We pass their second-party audit every year, never missed one.” Verbatim, translated
“Our CPK sits above 1.33, and critical dimensions reach 1.67.” Verbatim, translated
Put these in the contract
- The 8–12% premium is justified. Don't fight it — spend your leverage on delivery penalties instead.
- Add the change-of-control clause. This is the single most valuable line in this report.
- Require twelve months of complete RTO logs as a corrective action item.
